Driving from the North or East
1. Get onto US-321 South/West coming from direction of Greeneville, TN.
2. Turn left/south on Old Kentucky Rd. S & go 1.9 mi.
3. Turn left on Old Kentucky Rd. S for 1 mi.
4. Turn right on Old Kentucky Rd. S for 1 mi.
5. Turn right on W Allens Bridge Rd. for 0.7 mi.
6. Turn right on W Allens Bridge Rd. for 4.5 mi.
7. Turn left on St. James Rd. 1.1 mi.
8. Turn right on Cedar Creek Rd 2.1 mi.
9 Keep left on Long Creek Rd.
10. Turn left on Gunter Corner Rd. & go 2.5 mi.
11. Arrive at 930 Gunter Corner Rd. on your left. Make a wide turn & then determine best way to park given size of your rig.
Driving from the South or West
​1. Get onto US-321 East/North coming from direction of Newport, TN.
2. Turn right/south on Old Kentucky Rd. S & go 1.9 mi.
3. Turn left on Old Kentucky Rd. S for 1 mi.
4. Turn right on Old Kentucky Rd. S for 1 mi.
5. Turn right on W Allens Bridge Rd. for 0.7 mi.
6. Turn right on W Allens Bridge Rd. for 4.5 mi.
7. Turn left on St. James Rd. 1.1 mi.
8. Turn right on Cedar Creek Rd 2.1 mi.

Route for Smaller Trailers
**For my smaller 3 horse slant bumper pull trailer the more direct routes work OK but stay on the blacktop roads. Following maps are from Google Maps.

We are 19 miles & 29 minutes from I-40 & 321 in Newport.
Route Overview
Detail After Turning on Salem Rd.
Route for Smaller Rigs; ie. my 3 horse slant.
1. Get onto Hwy 321 northeast from Newport or southwest from Greenville.
2. Turn southeast on Salem Rd. (right from Newport and left from Greenville)
and go 3.2 miles.
3. Turn southwest (right) on Clinton Rd. and go 1 mile.
4. Turn northeast (left) on Long Creek Rd. and go 0.4 mile.
5. Turn southeast (right) on Gunter Corner Rd. and go 1 mile.
6. Gibson Girls Horse Hotel is on your left. You will see the Long Creek Fire Dept., also on your left, so be sure to turn on the next driveway past that. You will see our mailbox.

Notes: You will see on the map that you could take Highway 25 east from Newport, then turn north on 340 and then east onto Long Creek Rd. Some GPS units will take you this way. I would not recommend taking this route with a big rig. I would take my 3 horse slant this way but it's winding and slow. There may be more traffic on this route and Long Creek is narrow. However, it is a scenic route along the French Broad River & then following Long Creek through wooded areas and past an access road into the National Forest (no trailer parking there however). If you do go this route do not turn on any gravel road as some GPS units will have you turn off of Long Creek Rd. onto a small gravel road, which would be trecherous with a trailler & even in my dually truck it's not fun!!
